Since 2001 the Laboratory has been honored to act as an after-sales service center for the Neapolitan and Caprese boutique of BVLGARI. Every two years, the managers of the Roman maison carry out a quality control of the laboratory.

Starting from the 80s, Lucio Nicastro began to produce his own creations. The advent of greater standardization of work techniques, the growth of supply over demand, the consequent loss of a certain taste and a certain culture in the personalization of jewels, lead to a company production alongside the typically tailoring work and on commission from the laboratory.
Faced with the new panorama, however, Lucio decides not to distort his identity, betting on it. In Nicastro jewels the strong preponderance of manual work on the mechanical one it ensures craftsmanship. The very limited reproduction the exclusivity, the continuous creative research the originality.
However, the start of Nicastro production would not have been possible if, since 1983, Lucio had not been benefited by the arrival of his eldest daughter Emma in the company. Endowed with the talent and the speed of her father today, with twenty-five years of experience, Emma is above all an authentic master goldsmith, who is mainly dedicated to modeling.
